Governance

The State Council on Public Procurement

Policy oversight of the Bureau is vested in the State Council on Public Procurement, chaired in accordance with the Public Procurement Law. The Council approves procurement policy, reviews thresholds and considers the Bureau's annual reports before publication.

Departments

  • Procurement Monitoring & Compliance — reviews procurement plans and proceedings of MDAs.
  • Certification & Standards — issues Certificates of No Objection; custodian of standard bidding documents.
  • Legal Services — administrative review, petitions, debarment proceedings.
  • ICT & e-Procurement — operates the e-Procurement Portal and publishes open contracting data.
  • Administration & Finance — corporate services.
